Production starts after you approve your proof and payment is received. You are responsible for checking spelling, content and layout on the proof.
All sales are final. No refunds, returns or cancellations once an order is paid.
We accept credit/debit card, ACH bank transfer and wire transfer. We do not accept cash or checks. No card surcharge is applied at this time.
8.5 x 14 EDDM: $0.74 per piece one-time, or $0.66 per piece on the partner plan with a commitment of 6 mailers per year. Minimum 2,500 pieces. Other sizes are quoted.
Route counts come from postal data and can change. Delivery timing is controlled by the USPS, and we are not responsible for postal delays.
You confirm you have the rights to all artwork and content you send, and that it is lawful.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
Michigan law governs these terms.
